The band was slated to tour here a couple of years ago, but that was cancelled due to COVID, so this is the first opportunity in some time to see the band live in Australia since their VIVID shows in 2016. They will also be performing at MONA FOMA in Hobart, Perth Festival and WOMADelaide. They will be playing headline shows in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. I first saw them at the Sydney Opera House in 2012, and Bon Iver has been a must-see ever since.
